PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The ‘Promoter’ is: Goes Wrong Ltd (company no. 08991419) whose place of business is 8^thFloor, 8 Kean Street, London, WC2B 4AS
2. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom except for employees of the Promoter and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the Promoter.
   3. To be considered, entrants must complete the entry form on this website with their name, email address and postcode.
3. Entries will only be considered if the entrant has completed the entry form on this website. Entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on 31 January 2025.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter.
   6. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   7. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
   8. The rules of the prize draw and how to enter are as follows: entrants must complete the entry form on this website with their name and email address.
   9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
5. The prize will be as follows, valid for all performances until 31 May 2025, excluding half term and easter holidays, and subject to availability.

• Four tickets to a future performance of The Play That Goes Wrong at the Duchess Theatre in London, including 4 programmes, 4 interval drinks (glass of wine, beer or soft drink).
• An overnight stay for four people in maximum two rooms at a London Premier Inn hotel, including an evening meal from a set menu and breakfast.
• A Mooboo Gift Card worth £18, and a Mooboo Bubble Tea Plushie’

10. One entrant will win. Prize confirmations and vouchers will be sent via email to the provided by the entrant at the point of them being confirmed as the winner.
11. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
    12. The winners will be chosen at random, in accordance with the laws of chance.
    13. The winners shall be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
    14. The decision of the Promoter in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    15. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
    16. Entry be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
12. You are providing your information to the Promoter – in the event of you winning, your name and an email address will be shared with Mobooo, Premier Inn and Nimax Theatres solely for processing purposes, in order to assign the prizes.
